Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our mill, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
